New teacher induction

Learners will examine practices that provide systemic support services to develop and retain quality teachers and increase student achievement. Additionally, we offer professional development for new teachers to equip them with the essential tools to support their learning, which facilitates student learning.

Learners will discover their unique leadership styles and philosophies through an exploration of strategies, processes, understandings, and skills utilized by effective leaders.

Learners will examine ways to foster an inclusive environment for diverse staff.   

. Through self-reflection and interactive activities, learners will be equipped with tips and tools that will help them facilitate discussions and create inclusive and equitable systems that foster belonging.
